1. Acceptance and scope
These terms govern use of the website owned, maintained and operated by W2M Trading LLC. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
A proposal, statement of work, order form or other agreement signed by W2M and a client governs paid services. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for those services.
2. Our services
W2M provides technology, product development, marketing, event and operational-tooling services. Website descriptions are general information, not a binding offer or guarantee that a particular service, result, timeline or resource is available.
Our packages and their prices are published on our Pricing page. A package price applies once we confirm your order in writing or send an invoice for it, and the package description sets its scope.
For custom work, project scope, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, dependencies and support arrangements must be recorded in the relevant written proposal or agreement.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, or to individuals or entities subject to UAE, United Nations or OFAC sanctions.
3. Proposals, fees and payment
Prices on our Pricing page are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Quotes for custom work state their price, currency and VAT treatment, and are valid for the period stated in them. Payment dates, approved expenses and consequences of late payment are set out in the applicable quote, agreement or invoice.
We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in UAE dirhams (AED), as well as bank transfer. The price and currency displayed on the payment page will be the same price and currency printed on your transaction receipt.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, and the delivery of services by our Service Delivery Policy.
When you buy from us:
- anyone under 18 must not register as a user of this website or make transactions through it;
- cardholders should keep a copy of their transaction records and of the policies and terms in effect at the time of purchase;
- multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to your monthly card statement; and
- unless agreed otherwise in writing, work outside the approved scope requires a change request and may affect price and timing.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely decisions, approvals, access and accurate materials needed for delivery. A client must also:
- have the right to provide all content, data, trademarks, accounts and other materials supplied to W2M;
- ensure its instructions, products, campaigns and use of deliverables comply with applicable law and platform rules;
- protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access; and
- review deliverables and report material issues within the review period stated in the project agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Each party keeps ownership of materials, methods, software, brands and know-how it owned or developed independently before the project. Third-party and open-source materials remain subject to their own licences.
Ownership or licensing of project deliverables is defined in the signed project agreement and may depend on full payment. No intellectual-property transfer is implied solely because material appears on this website or was shown during a proposal.
The W2M name, website content, visual system and materials may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.
6. Confidentiality and data
Each party must protect confidential information received through an engagement and use it only for the agreed purpose. Detailed confidentiality obligations may be set out in a non-disclosure or service agreement.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and any project-specific data-processing terms.
7. Acceptable website use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
- attempt to bypass security, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or disrupt the website;
- scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission; or
- submit confidential credentials, unlawful material or content you are not entitled to share.
8. Third-party services and links
Our website and projects may depend on third-party platforms, hosting, APIs, software or links. Their availability and terms are controlled by their providers. Unless expressly agreed in writing, W2M is not responsible for independent third-party services or changes made by their operators.
9. Disclaimers and liability
We take reasonable care with this website, but provide it on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that general website content is complete, current or suitable for a particular decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, W2M is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable signed agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UAE law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected misuse or legal compliance. Suspension or termination of paid services is governed by the relevant project agreement, including payment and handover obligations. How you can cancel a paid service is described in our Cancellation Policy.

These terms, and any dispute arising from use of this website or from purchases made through it, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of Sharjah, UAE have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law or a signed service agreement requires a different forum.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should try in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and direct discussion.
